What we do

Headquartered in London and Rotterdam, the Innovation Co-Creation Lab (ICCL) is a joint-venture between top business schools, teaming up with a number of global companies who recognise the challenges of the times and the significance of innovation. We help companies to successfully face these challenges, based on their own strengths, and reap the benefits before their competitors do. We provide them with the best available knowledge, skills, and tools from leading business schools, but we also boost their innovative power by conducting small-scale experiments which, after proof of concept, are further improved and scaled-up – rapid prototyping, which minimises costs and risks, but maximises potential. In our long-term programme which runs over the course of five years, we train and mentor several cohorts of your future leaders to infuse a major culture change into your organization, making your company ready to meet the global business challenges of the 21st century.
